Hideaway Lake so called as is set on the edge of a National Park and nestling in 5 acre’s of woodland estate, fed by a natural stream ensuring water quality, formed and stocked in 1947 by the local mayor and used to entertain local dignitaries, angling and hunting the local deer and wild boar.
Today it is the most tranquil and peaceful setting to enjoy a weeks holiday, stay in our comfortable and unique accommodation, and of course catch some stunning and pristine fish, stocked with common and mirror carp up to 40lb, Catfish and our resident mascot Casper the Sturgeon. Full food package available together with bait and tackle, sensible rules together with us on site 24/7 ensures you have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
